Sometimes, life gets so noisy we can’t hear our own thoughts. At the start of 2022, I felt that way and knew I needed a change. I packed a small backpack and a head full of questions and ventured deep into the Amazon jungle.
My goal was simple — understand the sacred medicine of hapé. But what I found was so much more. This journey taught me about trust, love, respect, connection, and most importantly myself.
Searching for the Soul of Hapé
I’ve loved hapé for years. Its grounding energy and healing powers have soothed my spirit time and time again. But something always felt… off. I’d buy hapé without really knowing where it came from or the traditions behind it. It felt like catching glimpses of something sacred but never truly stepping into it.
